MIDORILED – The Digital LED
The next generation of cars will use an increasing number of LEDs both for interior and external lighting applications. MIDORILED is an innovative technology based on highly integrated, smart LED modules enabling dynamic ambient and functional lighting solutions.
Different to the conventional approach using standard RGB modules, MIDORILED significantly simplifies color design and connectivity at lowest system costs due to fully calibrated LEDs and no binning necessary. With MIDORILED and its software protocol, up to 4079 LEDs can be connected and individually controlled.
Besides its easy to use and very low system costs, further benefits of MIDORILED are its high flexibility, widespread industry
support and the varying possible combinations with sensors and actuators in other automotive and industrial networks.
